The space This 2,612 sq foot ranch-style vacation home offers 65 feet of private lake frontage along the eastern shore of Upper Scott Lake. With 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a spacious recreation room, this home comfortably accommodates large groups while providing ample space for relaxation and fun. The great room is the heart of the home, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking lake views, a fully equipped kitchen with island seating & mini fridge, a cozy living area with a 55” HD TV, and a dining table large enough for your entire group. Step outside onto the lake-facing deck, complete with outdoor seating and dining tables, or enjoy meals in the screened porch with a ceiling fan and 7-piece dining set—perfect for rainy days. The expansive front yard includes a fire pit with plenty of seating, a private swimming area, and a dock with a complimentary canoe just steps away. The recreation room is designed for entertainment, featuring pool, air hockey, and foosball tables, plus a media lounge with plush leather seating and another 55” HD TV. Whether you’re planning a weekend of swimming, boating, and fishing, or simply looking to unwind with BBQs, bonfires, and game nights, Hawk’s Haven offers the perfect lakeside retreat for up to 16 guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, including our swimming area, private dock, and our complimentary canoe. Note that our docks, watercraft & outdoor dining furniture are not available Oct 25-Apr 15. Guests have convenient self-check-in access to our home via keypad entry system after the designated check-in time on their scheduled arrival date, using a door code provided one (1) day before arrival. Other things to note High-speed Wi-Fi is provided by 123Net, offering reliable connectivity throughout the home for streaming, video calls, remote work, and multiple devices. Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay. Kindly refrain from sticking anything to our walls or using tinsel, glitter, confetti, feathers, etc. during your stay. Our 16-guest limit includes 12 adults max due to the 7th bedroom being outfitted with 2 twin bunk bed sets intended for kids. All guests over age 2 are included in your total count.
