Kitchen,electric fire place, high fast internet, vintage DVDs and VHS We do live upstairs and this is on Farm property, we do respect your privacy, but we also are available and would like to say hi if you’d like to meet, please keep temperature of hot tub at 100° when not in use Please keep hot tub covered when not in use. Hot tub holds 4 people, maximum temperature 103 degrees Cameras are on property, outside for security reasons We are 30 minute drive to Salt Lake City, away from the hustle and bustle Beautiful country feel, very relaxing and cozy We decorate according to the holidays, we host like we would want to be treated, you will love the farm Perfect for couples or family getaway Available additional midweek cleaning if needed please ask for details So much beautiful shopping and restaurants, parks The farm is for Guests only please do not bring extra family members and extra visitors on property ARNB rules please follow Guest access Visit the farm during your stay at your leisure Please keep animal enclosures shut, so they do not get out. We are a family farm, up to 6 people are allowed in the hot tub at one time please treat it like it would be your own ,we love sharing Our Farm with the community this is a very therapeutic farm with lots of beautiful animals, we are a rescue farm, very loved farm We do provide farm fresh eggs , breakfast items beverages, and coffee located in the refrigerator Beautiful stars are visible on the farm Other things to note Extra amenities- please ask it is an additional cost arrangements need to be made prior Full food menu Suite can be decorated for anniversaries and birthdays If you bring children, you need to absolutely watch and monitor them at all times, adult supervision especially on Farm property. Please do not let your children just wander. No parties will be allowed Please include everyone that will be on property when booking max temp is 104 degrees hot tub Please be respectful this is a family farm, we strive to give you the best ARNB experience, and we strive in cleanliness and comfort No chasing any farm animals of any type that includes chasing chickens please be respectful to Our Farm animals. If you need more space, we do have additional rooms that we are happy to open, but they are an additional cost. We do deep clean for every guest.
