The space General Information: With a total of 70 m2 living space, this outward-facing apartment is a radiant haven in the city. Its design and layout make it ideally suited to comfortably host up to 3 guests. Living Room: The bright living area boasts two sofas, a center table, an armchair, and a smart TV. The three slanted ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Kitchen: Fully equipped with top-tier appliances including a fridge, oven, and microwave, the kitchen seamlessly integrates with the living area through a bar that serves as a dining table. This space is complemented with six comfortable high chairs, making it the perfect gathering spot for breakfasts and meals. Bedrooms: The main bedroom, a true relaxation suite, features a bed measuring (1.80m x 2.00m), a side table, a practical desk, and built-in wardrobes.
