Supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and pharmacies are located 10-15 minutes away by car in the Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle areas. The unit has 1 king-size bed & 2 double beds, equipped with a stove, dining, and sitting areas, pools on the rooftop and by the beach, stunning views of Banderas Bay and the mountains around. The space • 📶 Cable TV is not available, but there is WiFi and a smart TV, so you can access YouTube, Netflix, etc. The guests must use their accounts to access these entertainment platforms. •🛏️ The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking, as well as a washer/dryer. •🧴 We provide toiletries such as shampoo, body soap, bath, and beach-pool towels, which you can use for your comfort. •⚡ We highly suggest you read the electricity consumption notice at the end of our listing description. • 🚭 The unit is quiet, safe, and has 24-hour security. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.. • 🚱 Please note we do not provide drinking water. It is the guest's responsibility to purchase their drinking water. We remind you that drinking water from the faucet in Mexico is not recommended Guest access • As a guest, you will also have access to one enclosed parking space designated for the unit, 24/7 security, the pools, gardens, shared gym, sauna, lounge chairs, and direct access to the beach. • All guests are expected to clean up after themselves after using the common areas, and they must abide by the management rules. • This is a residential area, and we kindly ask all guests to conduct themselves in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to create unreasonable noise. • The rooftop pool is only for adults. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: a) Please note this property comes with a 300 MXN electricity allowance per night. If you consume more than that, extra charges will apply. This allowance is more than enough for your stay as long as you follow the prompts below. b) The optimal temperature conditions for the AC devices should be set between 24-26 °C. Please consider this, as this temperature is adequate to be comfortable and cool inside the unit. Try and you will confirm this! c) If you are going to turn the AC on, make sure to close all of the windows of the unit. d) Turn off all air conditioning devices and lights every time you leave the property. Help us keep our rates competitive by using resources responsibly. • The cleaning fee we charge is used to cover the cost of cleaning and professionally washing linens at the end of your stay; if you require cleaning during your stay, we offer the service for a 700 MXN fee per event. You must notify us of this at least 2 days in advance. This service is subject to availability. • Disclaimer: By booking this accommodation, you understand and accept that neither the owner, the administrators, nor the condominium administration will be responsible if you or any of your companions acquire any illness and/or suffer any accident or death during their stay or visit to the property they are renting. Linens washing policy: • Sunscreen, suntan lotion, bleach, blood, nail polish, etc., can badly stain towels, bedsheets, and comforters. • In the event stains on our linens require additional treatment at the end of your stay, you will be charged a 350 MXN fee. This is required for the additional time and work involved in cleaning these types of stains. No exceptions. • The charge will apply even for 1 affected item. • For irretrievably stained items, we will charge for the stain removal attempt and the item replacement cost. • We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our linens during your stay.
