Guest access Guests will have access the the main living space and upstairs but will not have access to the basement and few locked cabinets that are used for storage. Other things to note EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking. *PARKING - a maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed at this property at any given time, and parking on the grass is not allowed. *MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property. *RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. *PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets. The pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
