Rental unit in Berlin

We are renting out our centrally located, bright apartment, which we have furnished with a lot of love. It is an apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows in a beautiful, quietly located new building complex. You can use our underground parking space during your stay. There is a double bed and a baby/toddler bed (on request, Stokke Sleepi) available. The space Our bright new apartment is 82 square meters and has 3 rooms. The smallest room - the children's room - will be closed during your stay. Feel free to use the rest of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The apartment is on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The bathroom is large and has both a shower and a bathtub. In the bedroom there is a 1.80 m wide bed. There is a balcony with beautiful views where you can comfortably eat as a couple. Guest access The smallest room will be locked. The rest of the apartment is free to use. Please note that this is our real apartment, which we only rent occasionally. Therefore, only a small amount of closet space will be available.
