An idyllic, old courtyard located on the beach close to downtown services. Broadband connection allows for remote work. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is downstairs. In summer, there are also 2 barns, a beach sauna, a jetty and swimming facilities. The house has 2 air heat pumps. Indoor toilet, shower, indoor sauna, compost toilet, patio and barbecue. The space In autumn and winter, only the house is available for rent and a maximum of 6 beds + 2 extra floor beds + a sofa bed in the living room. There are three bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has 2 beds, a stove and space for an extra bed. Upstairs in the larger bedroom, there are 2 beds next to each other, a TV, a stove and space for an extra bed. Upstairs in the smaller bedroom there are 2 beds, a fireplace. There is a TV downstairs. There is one extra bed/wooden sofa in the living room. Heating and cooling of the house with air heat pumps on different floors. Downstairs there is a toilet shower and an electric sauna for 2 people. The water heater has a total capacity of 365 liters. In the yard there is a patio and a barbecue with 4 burners, a grill and a hob. The other toilet is a compost toilet in the yard. For summer guests: the small sleeping barn has 2 separate beds and the larger one has a double bed. Please inform us in advance of your wish to use the barns. Boat rental at a separate price. Ask about the boat separately. The house is connected to broadband, which allows for remote working. Guest access No other groups live or stay in the house at the same time. Other things to note Camping in the yard. The largest group to stay has been 23 people. There is another parking area in the meadow area.
