Cozy,comfy and welcoming,located in a gated community,about 1 mile from the Beach,the unit is on the second floor, 1 relaxing bedroom,elegant kitchen,WiFi available,smart TVs ,AC,great views from balcony, you will enjoy the nature around. The unit has NO laundry.Also enjoy tennis courts and pools next to the building,laundromat( takes cash,coins),designated grill areas.Walking distance to certain food places,close drive to the grocery stores,shopping and more beach places.Attractions near by. The space Emerald Getaway offers a nice,cozy,relaxing and clean stay. The living room area has a sofa that is great for chilling, having a drink,conversations and watching some TV. At night you can transform it into a sleeping bed for two. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and also a convertible twin bed wich is great for seating during the day or a very comfortable sleep . Smart TV with available popular apps. We only offer cable and internet,feel free to use your own accounts if you like to keep track of your favorite shows. Right off the bedroom is the bathroom entrance, simple, modern and clean with large single vanity,shower. Make sure you bring your own hygienic products,we do not provide them Our elegant,beautiful kitchen is open up to the living area for convenient conversations, watching your kids play. The bar seating is great for breakfast,snack time,dinner. All that we include for usage are,toaster,microwave,dishwasher,refrigerator,stove/oven,plates,bowls,mugs,glasses,condiments, kids friendly bowls and cups,ustensils,pots and pans,condiments. The whole sliding door wall let's in lots of natural lights and also access to a nice large balcony. Enjoy your coffee in the morning listening and watching the nature,ducks, turtles,birds. Free parking on premises, the community has long term residents,please be respectfull of them and the quite time 10PM -7AM,we are on 2nd floor with neighbors next door and below. Also being on 2nd floor you will need to use the stairs. We have a no pet policy. We are kids friendly, offering a pack and play, highchair and certain toys. Four is our maximum occupancy, for any additional guest there will be a $30 charge fee. Our beautifull rental unit can be enjoyed from couple getaways to great family vacation, friends trip. The closest public beach access in about 1 mile from us(Back Porch),if you want a less crowded beach you can try Henderson Park,with a $6 entrance fee per car.You can also drive to any other public beach access other than the one near by. We supply bath towels,beach towels for you stay, we get the unit ready for your first 2 day stay,if you are planning on a longer trip make sure you are prepared. looking for some fun time,walking distance we have Track and Big Kahuna Waterpark. We can also visit the Gulfarium,Zoo wich will require a little bit of driving Guest access Guests have access to pools ans tennis courts on the property and also the laundromat wich requires cash or card. Other things to note Due to frequent condensation of the AC, the cold temperature is limited to 70°F. NO smoking permitted inside or on the patio. Also there is no refund due to weather or any amenities closed for any maintenace work. We only refund your stay if there is a major hurricane/storm and the destination is closed for travelers.
