The space This gorgeous home has been meticulously renovated with high quality finishes and beautiful furnishings. The shoreline access and views are incredible. Once you’re inside you’ll feel right at home. You’ll walk right into the large family room complete with wrap around sofa, books, board games and a 70” TV. Off the family room is an office equipped with a desk and a rowing machine or walk toward the lake to find the large dining room and chef’s kitchen. You'll find another living area lakeside, a large master bedroom and 2 full baths and laundry area on the first floor. Upstairs has a sitting area, full bathroom and two bedrooms. Walk right outside the indoor dining area to the large wrap around patio with ample outdoor seating, swing & BBQ Grill. Grab a beach chair, glass of wine and head out to the shore. Continue down the steps to a sidewalk that leads to the beach where you’ll find the dock and fire pit. Bring your poles if you want to try your hand at fishing in our private pond. When you're done playing in the water, take a hot shower and fall into a cozy comfortable bed. With three spacious full baths, everyone will be able to wash up in luxury. You'll be able to truly unplug here if you're looking to but Starlink service ensures you will be connected if needed. We love dogs and know how hard it is to find a place that allows them to come on vacation with you! Potty-trained, well-behaved dogs of small to medium size are welcome! You won't want to leave this place! Guest access You will have the entire home, private sandy beach and private fishing dock all to yourself. The home is equipped with a keyless entry smart lock for easy access. Other things to note You may want to have water shoes for swimming in the lake. There may be sharp rocks as you enter the water. Potty-trained, well-behaved dogs of small to medium size are welcome! Please help us stay dog friendly by cleaning up after your pet around the cabin. Dogs may be off-leash if you are able to maintain control over your dog. We have to avoid having the next door neighbors cats chased by dogs. Dogs may not be left inside unattended and they are not allowed on the furniture. If you would like to leave your pet in the home while you're out exploring, you may do so if they are in a crate. Campfires are permitted as long as they are properly monitored and extinguished. Clean up your trash around the fire pit before you leave. Out of respect for the neighbors please limit outdoor noise after 10 pm. No loud music may be played outside. Please turn off all outside lights before going to sleep. No smoking is allowed inside the home. A $500 smoke clean-up fee will be charged. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
