Located in central Manchester, The Depot offers convenient access to public transport, putting you just minutes away from Piccadilly Gardens, the Manchester Craft and Design Centre and Band on the Wall. Immerse yourself in the heart of the Ancoats neighborhood with Heim Residences. - Prime Location: Please be aware that Elysium is a duplex apartment with stairs leading to the bedrooms and main bathroom. Although there is no elevator within the apartment, our team is available to assist guests with mobility needs and to ensure a comfortable stay. - Living Area: The downstairs living area boasts a 75-inch flat-screen TV with Sky Cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime access. Relax on the large custom-built sofa or enjoy a game on the full-size pool table (please refrain from placing drinks on the table). - Kitchen and Dining Area: The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Amenities include a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, washer/dryer, wine fridge, Nespresso machine (with capsules), kettle, toaster, and induction hob. Enjoy meals together at the 10-seater dining table, or use the kitchen island, which doubles as a breakfast bar with 4 additional stools. This area also serves as an excellent workspace for business travelers. - Bedrooms: The apartment features 3 king-size bedrooms, each with blackout curtains or blinds and plenty of storage. Towels, hairdryers, fans, and an iron and ironing board are provided in the wardrobes. - Bathrooms: The Depot includes 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suites. The family bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower, while the master bedroom on the ground floor features a bathtub. - Sofa Bed: The large sofa can be converted into a sofa bed to accommodate up to 6 guests. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions. The downstairs en-suite bathroom also has a walk-in rainfall shower. Guest access Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message. In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out. Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete. Other things to note Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator in this building. The apartment is located on the ground floor, however, you will need to descend the stairs inside the property to access the living area, games room, and downstairs bedroom. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more. This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
