The space This modern new-build apartment in Ludwigshafen was completed in 2023 and impresses with high-quality finishes, stylish design, and excellent comfort. With approx. 82 m² including the balcony, it accommodates up to 6 guests and is perfectly suited for families, business travelers, and long-term stays. After parking in the private underground garage, you can conveniently take the elevator to the 1st floor and enter your private retreat. The bright, open-plan living and dining area combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxing, working, or spending time together. The large sofa with sleeping function provides additional sleeping space, while the Smart TV with Netflix ensures relaxing evenings.
