Boat parking on premises The space - Bedrooms are located upstairs - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full (top of bunk bed), 4 twin beds - Two restrooms are upstairs - One restroom is downstairs - Propane BBQ grill and ice chest on premises - ION blue tooth speaker available - Parking available for 2 vehicles in the driveway - Boat/Jet ski parking on the side of the house and street Guest access Guest will have access to home and back yard oasis. Other things to note The garage will not be accessible, as this is where we keep our treasures to restock for our guests. ****** Weekday Special for June,July, August, We have lowered our cost during the week, now that kids are off during the summer. Have your vacation during the week less crowed in the River or lake. ****** Work from home? Take a workcation! ****** Summer - Our house has a bar-b-que grill, a beautiful clean pool (not heated) and entertainment area to lounge, and a large dining table to enjoy outdoor eating. Cold Season- We have you covered, we have a beautiful NEW Jacuzzi to relax on a cold evening. Let's not forget our relaxing seating area with a Firepit. Multiple workspaces are available, in the kitchen, upstairs bedroom, and even in the backyard! Plenty of outlets, high-speed internet, and a strong cellular signal. Spend your evenings visiting local hot spots, restaurants, and bars. Or take an afternoon off to chill at the river or lake. Route 66 / Oatman is just 15- 20 min away, a small saloon town to walk around and enjoy with family and friends. Let's not forget about taking a 15-minute drive down to the strip!
