Large bedroom with attached sunroom for longterm rent in family home. Use of shared large kitchen and living areas. There are two full bathrooms in the house. The upstairs bathroom is used by us, and it's fine if our guest prefers to use that one too. There is a beautiful outdoor area for use, with a covered table, outdoor fireplace, koi pond, plenty of plants and a garden. We are a couple in our 20s, with a small English Setter (30 lbs) and cat. Our guest must be comfortable with pets.
