House, close to Canelo Canelillo beach

We have a modern kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, new floors and walls throughout the property. Please enter the total number of guests coming when booking, as my payment settings in the app are per person. I only charge for those who come and not for the total capacity of the house. The space It is a house with 370 m2 of land and 50 m2 of built area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a small dining room with a modern kitchen equipped with pots, a service area, an oven, and a countertop. A large patio with parking for 2 or 3 vehicles. We are in a very good location on the border of Algarrobo with El Quisco, near the trail to Canelo beach. A few minutes from all the tourist attractions in the area. Isla Negra, Mirasol, La casa de Neruda, Tunquen, Quintay, etc. close to shops, restaurants, terraces. Close to surfing🏄‍♀️, diving, and boat riding schools. Guest access House with large patio to share. Excellent connections by vehicle and collective transportation. Minutes from the routes that connect with Santiago, Viña del Mar and Valparaiso, a few minutes from the main beaches of Algarrobo and El Quisco. Isla Negra, Pablo Neruda's house. The house has a small grill, the simplest for barbecues. It should be used on concrete and with caution due to the number of trees and dry leaves in the environment. It should always be well extinguished after the barbecue. A SUP board is rented for those who know how to use it. Sheets are provided for an additional cost of 5,000 pesos per bed. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, in the courtyard and garden if possible.
