Small house in the countryside - 4 people max - 3 beds

House completely renovated in March 2023, located on our property but independent and quiet. It can accommodate up to 4 people maximum. The space On the ground floor: - A living room: with an equipped kitchen: including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher (2 tablets are provided), mini oven, induction stove, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a lounge area with TV - Separate toilet with handwasher. - Washing machine area Upstairs: - Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed 2 beds measuring 80 x 190 (pull-out beds) The roof window is equipped with an electric roller shutter - A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet Outdoors: A terrace with a dining table and chairs and a relaxation area. Barbecue and umbrella are also available depending on the season The property is fully fenced and closed by an electric gate. Pets not allowed. No smoking allowed Linen provided - Free baby equipment: baby bed with extra mattress and changing table/high chair/bathtub/baby dishes A supplement of €10 per night will be payable for babies (if the total number of people exceeds 4 people - including babies) Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the fully fenced garden. Please note that a 2nd cottage is also available if you wish to travel in a group! Other things to note A fish pond is present on the property. It's forbidden to bathe or feed the fish. Children remain under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents. We are committed to providing you with a nice and clean place to stay, but we are not hotel professionals ☺️
