The space It is a completely renovated private villa with wooden floors, open spaces in the living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, steam oven, plate warmer, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, all in stainless steel. Equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. The laundry and ironing area is in a separate room. Duct air conditioning with independent climate control per room. Mosquito nets on all windows and automatic blinds. Automatic awnings in the front area. They cover the porch and living room windows. The covered porch can be left completely open or closed with glazing, it also has a ceiling fan to make your dinners more pleasant. It has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with pellet fireplace, workspace, full bathroom and dressing room. A bedroom with two beds, a relaxing armchair and a large closet. Another bedroom with a 1.35 cm bed for two people with a large closet. There is a full bathroom shared for the rest of the bedrooms. To cool off, there is a nice pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun, with an outdoor shower. A wonderful garden with a dining room on a covered porch, with a ceiling fan, and another outdoor dining room protected with a large umbrella to enjoy family barbecues. The house has private parking with capacity for two vehicles, fully roofed. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire property :) The maintenance staff who take care of our garden and pool can come during your stay to carry out their maintenance work outside the house.
