Step inside the home as vaulted ceilings, along with sun tubes, grace the interior, providing natural light. This is accentuated by multiple windows providing outside light and views. Home was recently remodeled with new plank flooring throughout, a large fully equipped kitchen with new smudge proof stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. There are 3 Bedrooms with an additional bonus retreat room, 2.5 baths with tub and showers. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and 2 couches which pull out into beds. 3 big screen smart TV’s including a 75 inch TV in the Family Room. 100% LED lighting throughout home and lots of other extras. The home boasts a large bonus and game room complete with a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table and a cozy TV sitting area. On the outside, enjoy panoramic views of country pastures from a large deck, visits by egrets, red tail hawks and other various birds. After a long day, have a relaxing soak in a hot tub under the stars. Deck is equipped with a stainless steel BBQ, lounge chairs and patio for outside dining. In the event of a PG&E outage, a full house generator will power the home. And for those warm months, there is air conditioning in the living side of the home and in the Game Room. Check in instructions will be sent 5 days before your stay with door codes. Normal check in time is 4:00 PM with some flexibility and check out is at 11:00 AM. Luxurious linens are also provided. The Hot tub is heated at no additional charge all year. All houses are non-smoking indoors. This is a amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
