Bring a tent or your RV! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape just miles away from Mexico. Desert with a touch of mountain foothills and a wet weather creek bed with trees. There is a platform for a tent or plenty of parking for an RV of any size. No electricity or water available so be properly prepared upon arrival. Sierra Blanca is a short drive away with all amenities you may need. We do get cell service on the property. The space 20 acres of dunes and flat desert surrounded by thousands of acres of foothills, mountains and more desert. Pad for tent set up available, or park your RV. Great landscape for dirt bikes, four wheelers, or side by sides. Beautiful scenery and nature on this property. There are free range cattle and mountain goats but they don’t bother anyone. Possibility of scorpions or snakes and mountain lions, so be prepared and alert. Guest access Free range of all the land and trails on the ranch. Please respect and avoid any other ranch areas that are occupied or fenced off. Other things to note Please park on west side of the cul-de-sac. Please clean up and take with you any garbage or refuse. Please make sure all fires are contained in the fire pit or your own grill. Make sure all fires are completely out before sleeping or leaving.
