The room is outside, it has air conditioning and individual heating. There are supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is full and there is a kitten. You will find calm for a short stay and a comfortable place to get to know Madrid. You'll share the common areas with the host, as it's her usual home. The space It is an apartment on the third floor in a typical Madrid building. It has no elevator: you will have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. It consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and two bedrooms. The guest will find their single room facing west, with its own heating and air conditioning. There are also houseplants, a desk, and a single bed. You'll surely enjoy your room a lot. But you can also enjoy the rest of the house. The living room is very nice in the mornings and afternoons because direct sunlight comes in (in the afternoon, it will enter the guest's room). There is a small typical Madrid terrace where you can sit to sunbathe with a coffee. There are books and a comfortable sofa to watch a movie. The bathroom is brand new and comfortable: you have hot water and a newly renovated shower. Guest access You can use the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I like to make them feel at home. We have a good library, a piano, a TV with access to Netflix, Filmin and HBO. During your stay You can call me on the phone whenever you prefer.
