Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a bright French window that leads to the living room-kitchen, characterized by suggestive details in slate, the typical local stone. In a cozy corner, you will find a large fratino table ready to accommodate diners, while in the opposite corner a fully equipped kitchen with an elegant slate top. The kitchen has an induction hob and pots, an electric oven and a microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and tea towels. The living room area is furnished with a large corner sofa positioned in front of a charming fireplace. Above the fireplace, you will find a TV to enjoy pleasant relaxing evenings. Through the hallway, you will reach the cozy bedrooms and bathrooms. On the right, a master bathroom in sunny colors awaits you, with a spacious shower to pamper you. Continuing down the hallway, you will find a large white and red bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a large wardrobe. The window of this room overlooks the lush flower garden. Opposite is a bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together, with carved wooden headboards and a window overlooking the picturesque park of olive and maritime pine trees. Going back into the hallway, the third bedroom awaits you with a relaxing double bed and a private bathroom in elegant white and blue style. Nearby, you will find a practical storage room where you can use the washing machine and store various equipment for the house, as well as being a convenient space for empty suitcases. The lighting of the house is of the latest generation, creating a cozy and evocative atmosphere. From the garden, via a lovely wooden and slate staircase that winds through the maritime pine trees, you can reach the beautiful swimming pool, overlooking a large green lawn. At your disposal, you will find comfortable sun loungers to sunbathe and relax in total peace of mind. In addition, you can take advantage of our large indoor parking lot.
