We are located on Paugus Bay about a mile from Weirs Beach, and close to Bank of New Hampshire Pavillon, Gunstock, Funspot, The Naswa, and many great restaurants, and pubs! Surrounding towns are Meredith, Gilford, and Center Harbor. The space Studio condo with queen size bed, a full size pull out couch, and full kitchen and bathroom. There is a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. There is a private screened in porch, (with a table and two chairs and a small wicker couch) off the living room overlooking the private beach and lake with gorgeous sunsets views.
