House with view and pool

Located in the heart of a charming Drôme village, this family home is close to many amenities (bakery, shops, bar...). Guests will enjoy the swimming pool, mountain views, and flower garden. Between Vaison-la-Romaine and Buis-les-Baronnies, a stone's throw from Mont Ventoux, Mollans-sur-Ouvèze is the starting point for many walks (vineyards, orchards, olive groves, lavender, Provencal markets). The accommodation is fully equipped for children. The space The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, with a small back kitchen. Thanks to its bay windows, the living room offers a view of the outside and the pool. It has a sofa bed for two people. On the main level, there are two small bedrooms, one with a double bed and one for children. There are two bathrooms, with toilet. Downstairs, bedroom with a sofa bed (with a good mattress) and storage space. A real plus in this accommodation: a bedroom with a double bed, toilet and sink, in a charming independent cabin, located in the upper part of the garden. No air conditioner in the house but fan available in case of high heat. The salt pool (7 meters long, 3.5 wide) is secure: protective covering curtain and wooden barriers. Depending on the weather, we reopen it between mid-April and early May for the whole summer. Possibility of barbecue on the terrace. A large table to enjoy outdoor dining. The garden, in terraces, is very flowery. The driveway leading to the cabin is secured by a barrier to limit access to young children. Children's equipment available: high chair, folding crib, changing table, small outdoor table. The house is less than 500 meters from the center of the village. The Ouvèze flows below. Mollans is a medieval village, in the heart of the Provençal Baronnies, with many shops (two bakeries, restaurants, bar, organic grocery store, butcher, small supermarket, beautician, hairdresser...), a petanque court, a children's playground. Every Monday night, a pizza truck comes to the square. The area is renowned for its climbing sites, hiking trails and is very popular with cyclists, with the Ventoux, but not only!
