The occupants not to hold any gatherings of more than eight people at the property. The occupants acknowledge that any violation of the City of Mauldin's regulations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the rental property by the owners or their agent. Additionally, the occupants may be liable for payments of fines levied by the City of Mauldin.
