Guest access PRIVATE HERITAGE ACCOMMODATION Guests have complete private access to the entire Laird shepherd hut including all interior spaces, sleeping area, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, seating area, and your own private outdoor seating area with sweeping views of the historic Angus countryside. SHARED CULTURAL FACILITIES You'll have full access to all shared park facilities including Sinclair's Kitchen restaurant offering authentic Scottish cuisine celebrating local culinary traditions, on-site laundry facilities for longer cultural stays, beautifully maintained scenic walking paths throughout grounds steeped in Scottish heritage, and ample free parking directly on the premises. HERITAGE TRANSPORT & CONNECTIVITY Public transport stops right at our door with regular bus services connecting to historic Forfar and surrounding traditional Scottish towns. Local taxis are readily available for journeys to cultural attractions, heritage sites, or shopping. Chester's Walk provides a beautiful traditional route that connects directly from our site into Forfar town centre, perfect for exploring local heritage, traditional Scottish shops, historic pubs, and cultural attractions on foot. CHECK-IN & HERITAGE HOUSE RULES Self check-in available with detailed instructions provided before arrival. Traditional assisted check-in also available 3:00-8:00 PM. Check-in is 3:00-8:00 PM, checkout 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM to ensure peaceful Scottish countryside tranquillity. No smoking anywhere on property, no parties or events.
