Quaint Country Cottage

A quaint period country cottage with a cosy courtyard and a garden with a beautiful view for ‘al fresco’ dining. A faux wood-burner in the living room for those chillier evenings. An idyllic home in the Cotswolds for a relaxing break. The space Downstairs is the fully equipped cottage kitchen with easy access to the outside and next to the dining/living area. On the first floor are the master double bedroom, an office room, and the bathroom with a bath and an over-head shower. On the second floor are two loft bedrooms: a double and a single (low ceilings) with beautiful country views. The south-facing fully enclosed garden is arranged in three different areas. You can enjoy a drink in the courtyard followed by a barbecue on the upper level overlooking the far-reaching view. Our cottage has 2 parking spaces in a private drive onsite (it is a tight space for 2 small to medium cars). There is off-road parking in the village. On the drive, the cottage next door has pedestrian right of way to access their side door. Please be mindful when parking. Guest access The entire cottage and garden are only for your own use. Not shared by anyone else. Other things to note The cottage was built circa 1850. It has been modernised throughout the years but maintains its quirkiness. The upper levels are accessible by an exposed-wood staircase. There is a step down to the first floor master bedroom. The two loft bedrooms have exposed beams with enough headroom but lower in places. The windows of the loft rooms are low and not safe for children. There are no stair gates throughout the property. Outside there are three different areas on different levels (accessible by some steps).
