Close to JMU, Bridgewater College, EMU, a short drive to Massanutten ski resort, and numerous local vineyards. Downtown Harrisonburg is less than 20 min away with a variety of restaurants, breweries, shops, and parks. Visit the National & State Forests nearby with endless opportunities for hiking, biking, and exploring. A fully furnished kitchen and living area with smart tv. There are three bedrooms and one bath. The rooms sleep two queen beds and one double. A pack n play is onsite along with highchair. Washer and dryer are available for use with detergent as well. Several outdoor seating areas for dining or sipping a fresh cup of locally roasted (right down the road, in fact) Hometown Coffee. One on the hilltop with a fire pit and mountains views for enjoying on those lovely Virginia summer and fall evenings. There is a garden on the property located on the side of the house in a raised bed that will have produce available seasonally. Guests are more than welcome to use it. Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed inside the house. NO PETS OR PARTYING ALLOWED on this property. (Failure to comply will result in extra charges) Please, also be considerate of neighbors with quiet hours beginning at 10 pm. Access to the full house except for the locked owner's closet and the locked storage room on back patio. Guests have access to our herb, vegetable, and flower garden located on the side of the house in the raised bed. We will be available to communicate through the AirBnB app. Quiet country views of the mountains Car or Uber/ Lyft Wifi is available but can be slow at times due to our rural location. 10 min from Red Wing Roots Music Festival.
