Ideally located 20 minutes from the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ecole des Mines, Cordes-sur-Ciel, the Mining Museum, its swimming areas, its Gaillac wines, you can discover the region and its rich gastronomic heritage. Quiet and a change of scenery guaranteed. The space Renovated 1950s stone house that can accommodate 2 to 12 people, ideal for reunions with family or friends, retirees are also welcome, athletes, students (near École des Mines Albi), bikers, as well as all hikers or horseback riders. This cottage was rated 4 stars in 2025. It includes on the ground floor 1 fully equipped open kitchen with all comforts (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, kettle, coffee maker, and capsule coffee machine, toaster), 1 living room (TV with sofa armchairs, poufs), 1 dining room with extendable country table, chairs, 1 games room (billiards, foosball) with reading corner, 1 TV, 1 sofa bed, various games (children and adults), 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom sink, shower with washing machine. On the 2nd: 5 bedrooms with 140 bed including one with 1 bed in 160 and 2 beds in 0.90 , wooden bed for children, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer, 1 toilet and 1 vanity. Plenty of storage, electric heating/ air conditioning + wood stove (wood not included). Outside: enclosed garden with lawn and terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, from May 2026 a space dedicated to relaxation with closed and privatized Spa can be offered with small supplement and deposit. Please replace what is used for comfort for the following guests. The property must be returned clean and tidy as upon your arrival. If you wish to opt for the cleaning service at the end of your stay, the package is 160 Euros to be paid upon arrival. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels can be provided for (€18 per bed extra) to be paid upon your arrival according to your choice, so the beds will be made upon your arrival. IMPORTANT: A deposit cheque of 800 euros is required upon arrival. Either by transfer, check or cash. it is forbidden to party in the house. Any presence of animals during the stay must be mentioned at the request of booking and to specify the breed, it must be kept on a leash outside the enclosed space necessarily.( cause of other animals on site).
