The space Originally built in the 1790s to support the property’s water-powered grist mill, Hummingbird Cottage has been restored to preserve its historic character while adding modern comforts. Original character details and cosy furnishings give the cottage a warm, rustic feel. The cottage includes a comfortable living room with a large sofa, coffee table and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washer-dryer, and a large covered deck with outdoor furniture. Sleeping is arranged across three bedrooms, with two upstairs bedrooms offering one queen bed and one full bed, plus a ground-floor bedroom with a twin bed and twin trundle bed. Guests also have free high-speed Wi-Fi, built-in USB charging sockets and forced-air heating. Guest access Guests have private use of Hummingbird Cottage, including the 1st and 2nd floors, covered deck, and on-site parking. Guests also have access to Andelyn Farm’s shared 100+ acre grounds, including fields, woods, trails, streams, ponds, and seasonal pool access when open. Other things to note Sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests are spread across three bedrooms: one upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, one upstairs bedroom with a full bed, and one ground-floor bedroom with a twin bed and twin trundle bed. Please note that the two upstairs bedrooms require stairs. Guests have private use of the cottage and covered deck, while the wider farm grounds and seasonal pool are shared with other guests at Andelyn Farm. Pool access is seasonal.
