Welcome to Apartment Martin a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature, just a few minutes' drive from the coast of Koper. Our cozy ground floor apartment is located in a house overlooking olive groves and garden from where you can see the sea, and the forest. It is ideal for couples, families, seniors,and anyone who appreciates peace, comfort, and natural surroundings. Enjoy the terrace, and the scent of Mediterranean nature The space The 54.5 m2 apartment is fully equipped. The apartment contains all necessary dishes, kitchen utensils, glasses, an oven with a stove, a dishwasher and a washing machine, air conditioning, and TV-Netflix. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The kitchen, dining area with sofa, and 1 bedroom are all in one space, not separated by doors, but by an archway that can be covered with a curtain. This space also has balcony doors leading to the terrace. A special feature of the apartment is that it has a very pleasant natural climate in the summer. Another special feature of the apartment is the large bathroom with a comfortable shower cabin and a massage bathtub (use at your own risk), which offers you a real wellness break after a day of exploring. The second bedroom has two single beds, and there is also a desk for working and access to the terrace through the balcony door. Access to the apartment is easy – the entrance is reached via a 30 m long path with one low step, making the apartment suitable for people with limited mobility or the elderly, but also for families, couples, and all types of travelers. Guest access Guests can park in the free shared parking lot next to the house, from where it is only a few steps to the apartment along a nicely maintained path (pebbles, gravel). There is only one small, low step on this path. The ground floor apartment is entirely yours – all interior spaces are reserved exclusively for you. Other things to note You can relax on terrace on the garden furniture or sun loungers and enjoy your morning coffee or evenings. The apartment is located only 9 km from Koper, and it takes about 10 minutes to drive to the city center. Strunjan, Izola, and Ankaran are 15–20 minutes away by car. The Črni Kal climbing area is 15 minutes away. Croatia and Italy are only about 20 minutes away—an ideal starting point for trips to three countries! We recommend that you have your own transport, as the apartment is located in a natural environment, slightly outside the city. An additional tourist tax of €2.50 per night/person must be paid on site. Pets are welcome at your own responsibility. Please ensure that your pet is properly supervised and cared for at all times, as there may be other guests and people nearby. If you have allergies, please note that pets (including dogs and cats) may have stayed in this apartment. An additional fee for pets must be paid on site upon arrival.
