Location : Troika Residences (Serviced apartment) Area : Kota Bharu Apartment space : one bedroom and one bathroom , living room have local channel Televisyen provided, kitchen have refrigerator, electric stove , water Dispenser(model have hot,normal and cold temperature) , pot, rice cooker. equipment is provide available small family member use.🙏🏼 Free one vehicle-private car parking space at basement car park (Note: homestay rental fee does not include outdoor public facility swimming pool.) Guest access We provided is our homestay area and inside house facility as a rental package. To inform guess regarding outdoor public facility swimming pool is exclude our rental package. note: outdoor public swimming pool is 'free' to use when ready open to use with good condition. We have free one private car space parking lot to guess parking car. We allow 'simple' and 'light' cooking at Kitchen. We are not allow open party inside our homestay. We are not allow smoking inside our homestay area. if guess have smoking inside house area we will extra charges for cleaning fee to you. kindly notice this extra charges fee.Thank you. Other things to note 1) Before booking kindly inform host how many number of people will entry homestay. 2) Homestay only accept 4 number guess but maximum until 6 people only(include adult and child number). 3) Homestay rental fee per night is package for one to two guess entry. 4) Inside Homestay area is not allow smoking.please do not smoking inside homestay we have fire alarm there. 5) To inform guess: homestay rental fee is exclude public facility swimming pool provided. 6) To inform guess for early and late check in and check out: we have some additional charges by rate: RM15 per hour. but also depend circumstance is available for guess early check in and late check out. Hope guess notice this addition charges .Thank you. 7) To notice guess: at level 6 has public facility outdoor swimming pool is free entry but to inform sometimes have cleaning/repair services and temporary can not use circumstances. 🙏🏼 8) Please wear swimming suit before enter inside swimming pool. 9) To inform Not allow bring and eating food and drinks at swimming pool and reading area. 10) Please park your car at parking lot provided. 11) After swimming please dry your suit at level 6 toilet room before entry lift. 12) To friendly inform guess : please follow Troika resindensi management SOP and rules to avoid unhappy case happen it like have compound fee charges. Please take care our enviroment and facility and also our homestay area with facility. To notice guess : our management officer and security guard will charges you compound fee if throw the rubbish any where, do not take care our facility, body is wet using lift, no wear swimming suit enter swimming pool ...🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻‍♀️ 13)when guess check in immediately find out have damage or facility is no function please inform to host. Because we are responbility to provide good condition and facility before guess check in to our homestay.Thank you. 14)Kindly refer schedule swimming pool temporary can not use/close. Close on every Friday 12.30p.m. to 2.30p.m. and every Tuesday 11a.m. to 3p.m. 15)Homestay is not allow smoking if smell smoke will fined RM150.
