Stock up on groceries from the Metro Woolies downstairs and cook meals in the streamlined kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a table for dining at home. Settle in on the leather lounges in the living area after a day of work or sightseeing and slide open the glass doors to find a private balcony complete with a cosy setting offering the perfect vantage point to soak up elevated views of the CBD. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms sleep six guests, with the primary bedroom offering a king-size bed as well as an attached ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms include a queen bed. The second bathroom is immaculately presented with a shower and complimentary toiletries, while an in-unit washing machine and dryer are also available—ideal for longer stays. Although the sofa is in good overall condition, it is experiencing an electrical issue that prevents any adjustments.
