Cozy apartment in Belleville

Stay simple and serene in this peaceful, centrally located apartment with an urban jungle vibe. Nestled in the vibrant Belleville neighborhood, you'll be surrounded by eclectic bars, world cuisines, and just a short walk away from one of Paris’ most enchanting green spaces — the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. The iconic Père Lachaise cemetery and lively Ménilmontant are only 10 to 15 minutes on foot, and you can stroll to Place de la République or the trendy Marais district in just 15 minutes. The space The apartment is a cozy 35 m² one-bedroom flat. The sofa in the living room easily unfolds into a comfortable bed, making it possible to accommodate up to 2 adults. Just a heads-up: when the sofa bed is in use, it does reduce the available living space - so keep that in mind when planning your stay. Please note that the piano is no longer in the apartment (as opposed to what you can see on the pictures). Guest access Please check the guidelines I might have sent by e-mail.
