Spacious & Peaceful House in Belleville's East End

Upper 2 levels of a basic residential home. 3 BRs + bathroom upstairs, kitchen, open-concept living room and dining room downstairs. There is nothing fancy or stylish about this house, but it is spacious, bright, clutter-free, calm, quiet and clean. Has a fully-stocked kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, and an electronic piano. Located on a quiet residential street on Belleville’s East end, 5-minute drive to downtown Belleville, walking distance to 2 grocery stores and a laundromat. The space Full disclosure for travelers who are particular: Parties: the neighbours and a caretaker are monitoring the house so any parties or loud disturbances will be swiftly detected and evicted. Partiers should book elsewhere. Decor: This house is in the process of being “spruced up” in the form of redecorating, painting, modernizing. As such, please be aware that the walls, doors and trim may be scuffed here and there, the kitchen cabinets are dated, the bathroom is dated, and the trim and doors are an older style. The front entrance is not fancy and needs a refresh. Backyard: The spacious backyard is available for your use but there is lumber and renovation supplies in parts of the the yard temporarily. Jacuzzi tub: has various metal fixtures which are in need of re-painting. The tub itself works but is loud and sediment may spray out of the jets for a few moments upon initial use since they hardly ever get used. Lower levels: the lower levels are for the owner’s use . Therefore, guests are asked to not be overly loud or stomp heavily on the floor. Fireplace: it is a wood-burning fireplace but is not approved for use by the insurance company so it’s just for looks. A gas insert is in the plans. Upstairs closets: are all locked since they contain the owner’s possessions. Instead, guests can use a large black wardrobe and drawers in the main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a desk, and drawers under the bed. The 3rd bedroom has drawers under the bed, an 18" narrow cabinet to hang clothes, and a luggage rack. We're new at this so looking forward to guest feedback and suggestions so we can keep improving the place. Guest access The upper two floors of the house. Other things to note This space is meant for travelers who need a place to stay for 31 days or longer during July and August.
