These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful location with the garden on open water, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lake area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electric boat! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a quiet sensation! The space Decor WaterVillas The spacious watervillas have a floor space of ± 155 m². Suitable for 8 people, you have access to 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath or sauna) on the ground floor. The villas have all the comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, bath or sauna, luxurious decor, Wi-Fi, comfortable underfloor heating or cooling, and a lovely lawn with garden furniture. The aforementioned sloop can be booked as an additional option. Or you can, of course, bring your own boat. We would appreciate hearing this in advance so that we can ensure an available dock. You will experience the water-rich location optimally through the transparent and sophisticated design. The rear and side walls adjacent to the terrace and the waterfront are made of glass. This way, you always have an unobstructed view of the water and the greenery in the immediate vicinity. In terms of location, Heeg is the ideal base. Both by boat (located near the Heegermeer with De Fluessen, Slotermeer, Sneekermeer, Tjeukemeer, Langweerder Wielen and even the IJsselmeer nearby), and by car (in the middle of the southern Elfsteden area with places like Sneek, Joure, Leeuwarden and Heerenveen a short distance away), you will optimally experience the most beautiful part of Friesland in our water villas in Friesland. Other things to note For stays between April and November, you have the option to book a whisper-quiet, comfortable electric sloop at all houses, based on availability. At a number of houses, the availability of a sloop is guaranteed. The Stil 6.60 electric sloop is available from April 1 to November 1. If you would like to have a sloop during your stay, you can indicate this at the time of booking. Weekend €395, Midweek €495, Week €695. Dogs are allowed in a number of Wetterhaghe bungalows. Please let us know in good time, as it is possible that there are no longer any bungalows available for dogs. There are bungalows with a sauna or with a bathtub. You can indicate your preference when booking. We will try to take this into account as much as possible. The minimum age to rent a bungalow is 25 years. Linen packages are included in the cleaning fee. Towel packages are available for rent from the host.
