This is close to the Indy Cultural trail, fine restaurants in the city, music venues, multiple breweries, distilleries, Bankers Life Field House, and Lucas Oil Stadium. On nice days and evenings I prefer the easy 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the neighborhood. During inclement weather or if you just don’t feel like walking everything in the neighborhood or downtown Indianapolis is generally a $5-$8 Uber or Lyft ride. The house is protected by a cloud based security camera so you can feel safe and this is an wealthy upscale neighborhood (as evidence by the home prices) so crime is very very rare and extremely persecuted.
