The space The Bachperle vacation home at the foot of the Wilden Kaiser Mountains has 2 separate apartments. The apartment on the 1st floor has 4 bedrooms and a balcony patio. With its 150 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment on the ground floor has 3 bedrooms and a terrace and with its 140 m² has spacious space for 9 guests. They are ideal for families who want to vacation in the mountains and in nature together with grandparents, grandchildren or friends. Groups of friends up to 19 people will also be pleased with this spacious, modern and individually furnished vacation home. Amenities of the accommodation on the 1st floor: The 150 sqm living space offers plenty of space. A large living room with integrated kitchen and dining room as well as a fireplace leave nothing to be desired. The 4 bedrooms ensure individual retreats. The two bathrooms are equipped with toilet, washbasin with large mirror and base cabinet as well as with walk-in shower or bathtub. In a separate room you can wash and dry the laundry with the washing machine. The living area with its spacious natural stone table (2.50 x 0.95) in the center invites you to socialize. Adjacent to it is the modern, well-equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. An old altar was rescued from a former rectory, redesigned as a kitchen block and now complements the modern kitchen as a counterpoint. There is also a wood-burning stove and two large sofas in the living area that invite you to linger. If necessary, these can also be used as sleeping places. The entire living area, including the four bedrooms, is equipped with naturally oiled wooden floors and has underfloor heating that can be individually controlled per room.
