Reel Paradise in Long Island Village ( LIV )

We hope you enjoy your stay! The space *You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for your resort fee. This includes parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your AirBNB fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets. Amenities include: Free Cable and WiFi Full kitchen with a dishwasher Wash & dryer in the unit Boat lift, boat dock, and cleaning station 1 King Size bed 1 Queen Size bed 2 Sofabeds - full with sofa-sleeper air mattresses (they are amazing) Use of the golf cart is not included in the rental. Please refer to the rental information provided in your welcome packet if interested in renting a golf cart. Message the host prior to make sure a golf cart is available for rent. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
