The space The Beach Villa is beachfront, i.e. directly on one of Seychelles' best beaches (Anse Forbans) which is a quasi-private beach. We are a family run establishment and are proudly staffed with all Seychellois including one housekeeper (up to two hours of housekeeping from Mondays to Fridays ) and one part time gardener. Our Beach Villa is nestled in a private enclave with only one other villa and thus benefits from almost 100 meters of quasi-private beachfront. Furthermore the Anse Forbans beach is over 400 meters long and its sister beach (connected at low tide) is over 800 meters long. The Beach Villa sits off the main road via a private access road and is further buffered by high walls and with two locked access gates for private access to the beach. The Beach Villa has a lush tropical garden and is private, secluded and safe - in fact, perfect for honeymooners and those looking for seclusion. We offer an authentic Kreole experience - our traditional creole style Beach House is nestled in a tropical garden and on a quasi private beach of Anse Forbans. In fact, we have the best placement (in comparison to the 4 star Hotel down the beach — not visible from our beach side due to the topography) on Anse Forbans Beach. Anse Forbans beach has a corral reef and many of our guests enjoy snorkeling just a few meters off the beach. Anse Forbans is a worlds away from Seychelles’ version of Dubai-esque artificially reclaimed islands which have decimated the surrounding corals and are enveloped with sparse artificial beaches and crammed with cookie cutter apartments in tight rows like a London suburb. Anse Forbans is relatively undeveloped and not only does Anse Forbans feature one of the best beaches in the Seychelles, we have many of other top beaches just minutes away…..plus Anse Marie Louise and Anse Parnel which are both accessible on foot. Other fantastic beaches like Anse Intendence, Petite Anse, Fairlyland are less than 10 minutes away. Note our villa is beachfront, there is no road in front of our Beach Villa and there is no long walk or taxis to get to the Beach. you will fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean just meters away and wake up to step through a lush private tropical garden to dip your toes in the immaculate Anse Forbans bay. The Beach Villa also features: • Master bedroom with air conditioning; • Two bathrooms – all with shower or bath/shower, sink and toilet. In addition there is also an outdoor shower near the beachfront; • outdoor terrace with separate dining area with a teak table and additional sundeck with outdoor furniture; • Rattan furniture on the terrace plus sun loungers for the garden or beach – beach towels are included as well; • Indoor dining table plus a living room with 3 person couch and several sitting chairs; • Catering by excellent local Seychellois cooks can be arranged depending on availability; Daily maid service (Monday to Friday except national holidays), clients also have their own washing machine to use; • BBQ facilities are included and optional BBQ services including grilling and cooking, food prep and cleaning can be arranged for a fee; • Fully equipped kitchen (American size). Guest access Beach Kaz is rented exclusively to each guest group. You have full access to the quasi-private beach in a tranquil location that is directly on the best part of the jewel of the south of Mahe: Anse Forbans Beach.
