Zen Airstream Experience

Located in a lovely, quiet and private neighborhood. The Airstream is in excellent condition within a private enclosed courtyard with an outdoor bathroom and spa. There is a very comfortable Queen sized bed and an additional pull out bed for another adult or child over 6. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and Continental Breakfast in the courtyard and a relaxing fire pit and spa in the evening with romantic outdoor lighting. Everything is kept clean, cozy and convenient for our guests. The space Upon check-in after 3:00pm, I will be there to greet you if you arrive before 8:00pm. I can also be reached by text. Parking will be at the top of our driveway in front of the entrance. Either before or upon your arrival I will familiarize you with the Airstream and the private space where you will be enjoying your stay. Since my family home is shared on the surrounding property, you will undoubtedly see my other family members during your stay but we will respect your privacy at all times. We also respectfully request that our guests be reasonably quiet and considerate for the sake of our neighbors. There is a two burner stove and microwave in the trailer where we allow light cooking but we request all heavy meals including meat and or fish be prepared with the outdoor BBQ. If you would like to borrow a cooler, boogie boards and or towels for the beach we would be happy to provide them for your use. Smoking is allowed outside only. Guest access The neighborhood we live in is very hilly which is great for walks and electric bikes. Once you get down the hill most of La Mesa including downtown La Mesa is pretty flat and easier to walk and bike around. Parking in downtown La Mesa is limited but not too bad if your willing to park on the surrounding residential streets and walk a block or two to the bars and restaurants. Lake Murray is a large local Lake in La Mesa made specifically for walking, running and biking around. You can also rent bikes and other water equipment to explore the Lake itself. There is a nice La Mesa Farmer's Market every Friday afternoon from 3-7 pm located in downtown La Mesa. Again parking is best if you park on one of the surrounding residential streets and walk to the Farmer's Market. Other things to note Just a reminder that we have Wifi here if you need it. You will have complete private use of the hot tub during your stay and please leave all furry friends at home. Due to the free standing fire pit, hot tub and cacti on the premises, we request children under 12 are well supervised to prevent accidents.
