Bedroom 5 (Office): Sofa bed that easily converts into a flat sleeping space for additional guests. Bathroom 1: Spacious walk-in shower, located privately from the main living area, serving as the main floor shared bathroom. Second Floor: Bedrooms 2 & 3: Each features a queen-size bed and Smart TV. These rooms share Bathroom 3, which includes a tub-shower combo—ideal for families with children or those who enjoy a relaxing soak. Bedroom 4 (Master Suite): King-size bed, Smart TV, en-suite Bathroom 4 with double sinks and a large modern shower. Note: •All bedrooms (except the office) include large wardrobe closets. •All bathrooms come equipped with bidets. •Each Bedroom and Bathroom mentioned above are numbered in accordance with the Photo Tour. Guest access Easy & Secure Access: Our villa features an automated entry system for your convenience. Before your arrival, we will send you an access code to enter the property. For security reasons, all guests are required to submit passport copies prior to arrival in order to gain access to our exclusive, secure community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth check-in process. Other things to note Security & Safety: For your peace of mind, we have 4 outdoor security cameras that monitor and secure the perimeter of the villa at all times. However, we do not have any cameras inside the villa to ensure your privacy. Family & Pet-Friendly: Villa Verde is a welcoming space for both children and pets! If you're traveling with little ones, and a crib or high chair is needed, kindly communicate this in advance. We'll be happy to provide one to ensure their comfort. For those traveling with furry friends, we happily accept dogs under 8 kilograms. We appreciate your understanding of this policy to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
