This is for a whole house rental with use of pool, laundry, study and garage if needed. This time of year it is so cosy and the fireplace creates a wonderful ambiance. I spend most of the year in England so am open to long-term rental discussion. My home is very close to Texas Motor Speedway, Southlake Town Square, Grapevine Historic District, Gaylord Convention Center, Sabre, 15 minutes from DFW and close to both Dallas and Fort Worth. A blow-up bed is also available for $20, which includes setup and takedown. For your awareness, this property has outdoor security cameras. There is also one camera in a section of the closet that guests do not have access to. You will love the area, there are lots of fun things to do very close by.
