Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. * Quiet part of the city, while conveniently located next to popular neighborhoods, transits in/out of city, and highway. * 20 minute drive/Uber from airport, or take rapid transit (BART) to Glen Park station. * 10 minutes walk to Glen Park BART station, which is also a local shopping/dining area. * 2 minutes walk to a supermarket on Mission St. * 5 minutes walk to major bus stops, with routes to Downtown, Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Park. The space You're renting a 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom with living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, countertop oven, but no stove; you will not be able to cook. It has a hot plate so you can make simple meals, like eggs. Guest access You will be able to access the whole unit you see in the photos, and you will share the laundry with me in the backyard. Other things to note -We don't have a stove for cooking, just a hotplate. -I live upstairs, but you will have your private entrance -There're 11 steps stairs you need to take before you enter your unit -We don't provide parking spots here; street parking is not easy if you return late. -Street cleaning is Monday 12-1pm. If you park on street, take your car away from the street during that time, or the city will ticket you. -Do not block any driveway and color zone, or your car will be ticketed or towed at your own expense.
