Hello! Welcome to this cozy environment – a gated community just a few steps away from numerous restaurants, bus stops, a train station, and conveniently close to Brixton. In the vicinity, you'll discover not only a variety of dining establishments but also fitness centres, multiple supermarkets, and charming pubs. The space The room is inserted in a private condominium, in an ultramodern and inviting house. The bedroom has a king-size bed with linen and towels, a coat rack complete with hangers and chair. the room is next to a large bathroom that will be shared with more guests . The house is always clean and organized. The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant and the house itself exudes a cozy charm. Guest access Guests have access to the private bedroom, bathroom, living room, table kitchen, garden, and outdoor area. The kitchen can be used for tasks like reheating food in the microwave and kettle, you are not allowed to use my oven or stove . Just like the other communal spaces, the kitchen should be kept clean and organized, with all utensils returned to their original places after use. Please clean everything after use. You are not allowed to cook, sorry During your stay I’m always happy to help, and I love to make friends Other things to note 🚬Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises. This behavior may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Bringing any non-registered guests into the house is not permitted. Guests will be required to provide proof of identity. Towels are changed once a week. Always take your shoes 👟 Keep the lights off when you're not in the room. Keep your belongings inside the room or in the bathroom basket. 💡🧴 🚫It is strictly forbidden to bring food or drinks into the room. The kitchen table can be used for this purpose. Any accidents on the carpet will be charged to the guest.
