Other things to note 🔺 PLEASE note for all bookings made from MAY 2026, I would like to point out that there is land behind the villa which is under construction with several houses (a wall separates us) so I would like to point this out as this may cause noise during your stay🙏 🔺Please note that electricity is not included in the price. Guests are responsible for electricity costs. Please also provide at the end of your stay, the payment of 7tbt/kw. 🤔Why not include electricity in our prices? For 3 reasons. -This would increase the price per night. -This would penalize customers who consume little. -Air bnb fees will be added on top. ✅So you only pay for what YOU consume. Which seems fairer to us 😅Weekly use of air conditioning: -If the air conditioning is constantly kept below 25 degrees, the costs may be higher. We ask you to cooperate to save energy by using the air conditioning responsibly. 🧐Reading the electric meter: To ensure transparency, a photo of the meter will be taken upon your arrival and departure. This will help you calculate the exact amount to pay when you leave. The average daily consumption is around +/- 300 Thai baht per day. Water included Wifi included.
