Primley Park is a lovely 3 bedroom house sleeping 6 in the centre of the seaside town of Paignton, with stunning views across the bay towards Brixham. It is a 5min drive, or 15 min walk to the town centre and seafront, shops, restaurants, amenities, train and bus stations. The perfect location from which to explore Torbay, the English Riviera, and beyond. Take the steam train to Kingswear or ride the slides at Splashdown! there is something for everyone all within walking distance. The space The entrance is accessed via a few steps down from the 2 private parking spaces to the front door. On entering you'll find a utility & cloakroom to the right. Continue through to a well appointed open plan living, kitchen & dining space. The kitchen has all the mod cons & the dining table comfortably seats six. The light & airy living room/diner has lovely views across the rooftops of Paignton towards the sea. Glass patio doors lead to a balcony with a comfortable seating area. Steps lead down into the garden. Stairs lead up from the living room to an upstairs landing off of which you'll find a modern family bathroom with bath & shower over. The first bedroom has a double bed & also a single fold out camping bed. The second bedroom has a King size bed & lovely views towards the sea. Another set of stairs from the living area leads down to the basement where you'll find a further King size bedroom (please note this bedroom has no door from the stairwell). This bedroom boasts a stylish en suite with free-standing bath (please note the bathroom has saloon style louvered doors). Glass doors from the bedroom lead to a conservatory with a comfortable sofa & further seating. Another set of glass doors lead out onto the patio with stunning views whilst the pretty garden area is accessed by further steps down. Also, as the garden is terraced it does contain some steep steps, but also has a level decking area leading from the lounge.
