Guest access Access to the Upstairs Suite is through the front door. Access to the Basement Suite is through the entrance door on the side of the home. There is no joining access to the basement from the upstairs from inside the home. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay).
