Although the property is fully equipped, it is also an off-grid home designed to live in harmony with nature. Electricity and hot water are generated through renewable energy systems and are replenished daily thanks to Lanzarote’s abundant sunshine. Guests are kindly invited to use these resources responsibly while enjoying the unique experience of sustainable island living. The kitchen operates with bottled gas stored safely outside the kitchen area. A backup tank is always available, and changing the connection is a simple and safe process. If the replacement tank is needed, guests are kindly asked to notify us so we can arrange the refill or replacement. We are always happy to assist guests who prefer guidance with this process. Please note that while the property also includes a separate accommodation, not only entrances but also all outdoor relax areas are separate, and complete privacy is maintained. Guests also have access to a shared laundry room, fully equipped with everything needed to keep clothes fresh and comfortable during their stay.
