The space Enjoy peace and tranquility on this island estate located between the ocean and a volcano. A unique landscape. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. Stargazing is magical. See the sparkle of the ocean and listen to the waves. Observe the beautiful birds. Every morning, afternoon, and night, dawn and sunset offer unforgettable moments. Although the house is fully equipped, the property is off-grid. Use electricity and hot water responsibly. Both are recharged daily thanks to the abundant sunlight that this beautiful island receives. The kitchen uses gas from a tank located outside the kitchen. If the gas runs out, a second tank is full. Simply change the connection to the second tank. It is mandatory to notify if the tank connection has been changed in order to schedule the replacement of the second tank. Although it is completely safe and easy, I will be happy to help if guests are not comfortable with the process. There is also an apartment and a luxury camping tent on the property. These accommodations have separate entrances and complete privacy is maintained. Guest access Guests have access to several outdoor relax areas designed for comfort and relaxation. Just as the interior offers stunning views of the surrounding nature, also the outdoor relax areas offer unobstructed views of the beautiful park reserve on which the property sits. The Ocean-Volcano House has its own patio, courtyard, side patio and tree-hung hammock chair. The laundry room is shared with other guests and is equipped so you can keep your clothes clean and fresh during your stay. Other things to note Enjoy a walk to the beach or a hike to the volcano, all directly from the property. Remember that this property is located on a protected park reserve, so it is important to respect nature and maintain the tranquility of the environment. If you need to change the gas tank, follow the instructions provided and notify us to schedule the replacement of the empty tank.
