Peeks of the bay from two bedrooms. 400 sq ft granite and tile kitchen with gas fireplace. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a queen and a twin. Bedroom 3 has King bed. Living room has a double sleeper couch with comfy memory foam topper. King bedroom is almost like a second master as It also sports a sliding glass door with private deck/patio. There is a sunny L shaped patio around the house with a large hot tub, two outdoor tables and a wood burning outdoor fireplace. Beaches: 2 miles to the best beach which is behind Costco. Or drive 2.5 miles to the Monterey state Beach across from Home Depot. Aquarium is approx 4 miles away. Just up the yellow concrete stairs is a sunny bay view seating area with a perfect view of the bay. Enjoy our comfy down-filled raspberry suede couch in the garage by the laundry area which is a perfect sunny hangout if you open the garage door and u will also have the water view. Our hot tub is serviced Mondays by a professional company. Hot tub hours are 8am to 1130 pm. This is to insure peace & quiet in our residential neighborhood. Even resorts have hot tub hours...thankyou for understanding. 3 flat screen smart tv's and two Roku. The front deck has amazing views of the bay all the way to Santa Cruz. Air conditioning. We rarely have a need for ac in monterey county. But if you do need it during certain hot spells you can request it. Ideally located and close to everything. The Black Horse Bayonette golf course is a walkable 1 and 1/2 mile away. 10 Miles to Pebble Beach. 4 miles to CSUMB. 15 min drive to Laguna Seca Race Course. 23 min to Pt Lobos. 4 mi to Fisherman's Wharf & Monterey County Fairgrounds. Venture out to Santa Cruz only 40 miles away. Enjoy the hot tub but know the Hot tub rules and hours are from 8am to 1130 pm, (if you want to use the hot tub other hours --the limit is 2 people speaking quietly) enjoy the patio but with no outdoor music or loudness from 10pm to 8am) we have the patio, deck, laundry room and garage hang out place with the high end raspberry suede dowb filled c shaped conversation couch and rocker) We never park Cars in the garage but there is room to put your bike if you bring one or two. There are Two driveway spaces. Street parking for one additional car available opposite side of street two doors down. Pls do not park cars in front of neighbors homes directly across from us as they need the spots for the nurse that stays to take care of someone trying to recover from a life threatening disease. Our home is two doors from the corner and there is more parking on that street. Other things to note People tell us all the time how spacious and light filled our home is. Designer tile floors in each bathroom. One walk-in shower and one shower over tub. For the mobility challenged we have installed a floor to ceiling mobility pole at the tiled walk in shower. The hall bath has a special device attached to the tub to allow for easier entry to tub. This home has been inspected by the City of Seaside and it's fire department. We do have a current Vacation Rental License from the City. It is posted on the refrigerator. The fire extinguisher is across from the the fridge. There is a first aid kit above the washer and dryer. The city of Seaside started charging a 12 percent tot tax which airbnb will collect from you. We have a hot tub agreement we will need to to sign and return to us. Everyone must shower before entering the hot tub. This is the agreement: Hi thanks for booking my home. we have a hot tub agreement that needs to be signed and sent back to us. It is critical that "everyone" shower before using the hot tub each time. Many people do not realize that The combination of sweat and lotions and spa chemicals creates oil on the water and a very foul odor which is costly and time consuming to manage. We photograph the water before after each guest because we've unfortunately had prior guests give us back the hot tubs in terrible condition. Most vacation rentals charge extra for use or don't even have them because they are so costly to maintain and there is a nationwide shortage of chlorine making it extremely expensive. We don't want to have to do an empty and refill after any guests stay. That would cost the guest an extra $300 dollars. And if we have to do an empty and refill it takes a day to get the tub back to usable temp. We don't want guests to have to wait to use the tub due to this when a simple treatment of the water should be all that is needed. Our spa guy treats every Monday between 7a and 8am and also in between renters. If you are there on a Monday morning Greg will be there for a short spa visit. Please Email this agreement to us. Thankyou AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS FOR USE OF HOT TUB AT ANY HOT TUB LOCATED AT A No place like home LLC VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY in Seaside Ca. The Primary renter agrees to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage caused by the renter or the renter’s family members, guests, invitees, agents, and/or employees. Renter further agrees that all above-mentioned will shower and clean feet upon use of hot tub. Furthermore, agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. Our hot tub is inspected, chemicals adjusted after each renter has checked out, and refilled regularly. It is normal to see white particles in the water which is the bromide sanitizing. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $75. Do not allow children or anyone to stand on the cover at any time. Damage to any cover will result in a $400 charge. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. Renter agrees that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner. If the cover is found off of the hot tub after checkout there is a charge of $100 We give you the hot tub in a sanitary useable condition and it needs to be returned to us free from debris and excess use. Normal use age only requires that we add a little bit of water and treat with appropriate chemicals to balance the PH and disinfectant levels. Renter understands that the spa water is given to them in a treated clear condition. Any failure to shower/rinse before use that results in cloudy water that requires a complete empty and refill of the hot tub will result in a $300 refill charge. Renter authorizes No place like home LLC Vacation Rentals to charge the credit card on file for any of the above charges (no checks accepted for damages to hot tub or hot tub cover) or have charges paid through deductions from the vrbo deposit. Renter agrees that within 30 minutes of arrival, renter will report any problems with the hot tub to susan via text. The renter further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless No Place Like Home LLC Vacation Rentals and it’s owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renters use of the tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage. The agreement and release is hereby incorporated into and made a part of any other agreement between the renter and No Place Like Home LLC Vacation Rentals in the event legal action is commenced to interpret or enforce the terms of this Agreement and costs, whether incurred during litigation, at trial, or on appeal. By signing this document, the renter acknowledges and represents that (s)he has read the terms hereof and understands the legal effect of his/her signature. HOT TUB GUIDELINES: ▪ YOU ARE USING THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK. ▪ PREGNANT WOMEN, PERSONS WITH HEART DISEASE, DIABETES OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS AND ELDERLY PEOPLE SHOULD NOT USE A HOT TUB OR SPA WITHOUT A DOCTOR’S PERMISSION. ▪ WE DO NOT ADVISE YOUNG CHILDREN TO USE THE HOT TUB. In the event that you allow a minor to use the HOT TUB, they must BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. ▪ HOT TUB TEMPERATURES CANNOT BY LAW EXCEED 104 DEGREES. ▪ NEVER USE A HOT TUB OR SPA ALONE. ▪ LIMIT TIME IN THE HOT TUB OR SPA TO NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES.
