Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks. The space This low set home has 2 steps to access the front of the property leading on to a small front porch were you can sit and watch the world go bye. The house is set up with everything you will need to make for a very relaxing stay. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with an additional outside toilet next to the BBQ area. The main bedroom contains a queen bed, built in cupboards, tv, reverse cycle A/C and ceiling fans. The second bedroom has a double bed, built in cupboards and ceiling fans. Bathroom consists of a shower toilet and vanity complete with a hairdryer for the night out. The Kitchen/dining/living area is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a meal and enjoy in air-condition comfort. There is no dishwasher. For the longer stays there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the compact laundry. The house comes with a single carport plus additional side parking for the boat or extra car, at the rear of the house there is a private entertaining and bbq area to relax and let the kids play. The Yard is fully fenced which allows you to bring your outside furry friends. EXTRAS INCLUDED - All beds are made up with fresh linen - One bath towel per person is supplied - Basic kitchen items include tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc - Laundry detergent, soap and toilet paper are supplied for first few days Guest access You will have access to the entire house and fully fenced Yard. Other things to note There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned. If you are bringing your furry friends, we ask if you can clean up the yard before vacating.
