Plenty of parking for your vehicle and boat at the house. This is a one bedroom house with a queen bed. There is a sofa in the living room which could sleep one person. There is also a lounge chair that turns into a bed for a child. The guests will have access to the entire house I will be available to help with any problem throughout your stay.
